About Me
Hi, I’m Deborah. I’m the founder of the Strongr Movement, a CrossFit Level 1 trainer, and a certified sports nutritionist. I started CrossFit & lifting weights at 50, and it completely changed how I feel in my body and in my life.
Before that, I spent years in endurance racing and coaching. I completed five Ironman races, built a career in international business, and followed just about every fitness rule in the book. But somewhere along the way, I lost connection with what strength really meant to me. I was doing all the things and still feeling run down, stuck, and unsure of what actually worked.
Lifting gave me a new kind of strength. It helped me feel focused, capable, and steady again. Now at 55, I’ve built the Strongr Movement Method to help other women in midlife find the same.
This program is rooted in structure, consistency, and a lot of common sense. It's designed to build good habits, strength & confidence. It gives you a plan to follow, guidance you can trust, and space to show up as you are.
Outside of coaching, I’m a big coffee person, I love dogs, and I regularly forget where I parked. I believe fitness & health should support your life, not take it over.
If you’re looking for a grounded, realistic way to feel strong again, you’re in the right place. I’m really glad you’re here.
